Collective Conscience — The MOCA+ Salon Series

Updated: Dec 18, 2019

By Michela O'Connor Abrams

Thanksgiving gives us a multitude of opportunities for gratitude, kindness and peace. In keeping with that theme – which extends beyond just this week – MOCA+ is thrilled to announce Collective Conscience, our first salon series, which begins in February 2020. We wanted to gather a diverse group of people who have one very important thing in common—the understanding that gratitude is more powerful than we imagine, and there is no time like the present to focus on the positivity inherent in this word and its action.

Our first guest is Nancy Davis Kho, the author of The Thank You Project, making its debut December 3rd. Having read the manuscript and knowing Nancy’s story, we can promise an evening of gratitude in ways you may not have explored.

From Nancy: “The Thank-You Project provides a simple but powerful means of fostering connection, forgiveness, and happiness, while entertaining readers in the process.”

Join us on February 3rd from 7–9pm at MOCA+ HQ in Mill Valley! We will have wine and light bites to accompany our activities. To register for the event, please visit the official Eventbrite invitation (here). Space is limited, so make sure to register before the event fills up! In the meantime, we wish you an abundant Thanksgiving in all of the ways that truly matter.
