KE OLA MAGAZINE Kukui’ula graces the South Shore of Kauai — a private club with homes of various architectural styles, its unique setting offers an experience on this 1100 acre oasis. MOCA+ created a new magazine titled Kukui’ula Ke Ola (The Life) for members and guests. The content set the tone for the voice of the brand on all platforms.
Monogram Created a Modernism Week splash, with Monogram as the heartbeat, around the stunning restoration of the
mid-century kitchen of the iconic Kirk Douglas Estate. Program was a rich narrative of content, tours, chef demos, events and media engagement — making connections across a spectrum of influence.
OASYS @ LADF MOCA+ created an experience at the 10th annual Los Angeles Design Festival in collaboration with architecture firm Stereobot and their patented building system — Oasys. Leveraging our network of brand partners, the home was designed, built and completely furnished in order to show one stunning example of an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). We created a content experience along with the home so that the 7,500 people in attendance could have a discussion with industry experts.
Marvin x Girard The Marvin/Girard Alliance placed Marvin at the center of the design discourse at Modernism Week 2020, aligning a world class designer and his principles with a century old brand dedicated to better living spaces. For five months (October 2019 – March 2020), more than 500,000 people experienced the parallels and beauty in the work of both brands, culminating in a Conversation Series with top minds across a spectrum of industries to spark connection around the art of living.
